6) List the steam plant equipment alternatives which will be evaluated. Typical
alternatives include fire tube and water tube boilers, types of heat recovery
equipment, and types of pumps.
b. Provide drawings indicating the following:
1) Location of the existing steam plant and alternative locations of new or
expanded steam generating facilities, as applicable. Show outside fuel-related
storage and handling facilities; and
2) Alternative arrangements of the equipment within the proposed steam
plants.
