K. Incentive Therapy Program (ITP)

Minimum NSF. Divide the projected number of annual ITP Treatment Station
clinic stops by TBD to calculate the number of projected ITP Treatment Stations.
(See Table 1). Provide an additional 40 NSF per each increment of two projected
ITP Work Stations greater than two.
Provide two seats per projected ITP Work Station; allocate one at 15 NSF and
one at 25 NSF.
2. ITP: Treatment Clinic (XXYYC) ................................................. 6 NSF (0.5 NSM)
Minimum NSF. Divide the projected number of annual ITP Treatment Station
clinic stops by TBD to calculate the number of projected ITP Treatment Stations.
