Minimum NSF and if the number of SCI beds authorized is between sixty and one
hundred. Provide an additional 10 NSF if the number of SCI beds authorized is
greater than one hundred.
15. SCI PT - Separate:
Storage, Equipment (SRE01).............................................. 160 NSF (14.9 NSM)
Minimum NSF and if the number of SCI beds authorized is between sixty and one
hundred. Provide an additional 40 NSF if the number of SCI beds authorized is
greater than one hundred.
16. SCI PT - Separate:
Office, Administration (OFD03) ............................................ 100 NSF (9.3 NSM)
Minimum NSF and if the number of SCI Physical Therapist FTE positions
authorized is two or less and the number of SCI beds authorized is greater than
sixty. Provide an additional 100 NSF if the number of SCI Physical Therapist FTE
positions authorized is greater than three.

hundred. Provide an additional 120 NSF if the number of SCI beds authorized is
greater than one hundred.
