C. Kinesiotherapy (KT)
1. KT: Sub-Waiting (WRC01) ..................................................... 40 NSF ( 3.7 NSM)
Minimum NSF. Divide the projected number of annual Kinesiotherapy Treatment
and Psychiatric Treatment Station clinic stops by 2,130 to calculate the number or
projected KT Treatment Stations (See Table 1) Provide an additional 40 NSF per
each increment of two projected KT Treatment Stations greater than two. (See
Table 1)
Provide two seats per projected KT Treatment Station; allocate one at 15 NSF
and one at 25 NSF.
2. KT: Treatment Clinic (PTTC1) ............................................ 420 NSF (39.1 NSM)
Minimum NSF. Divide the projected number of annual KT Treatment Station clinic
stops by 2,130 to calculate the number of projected KT Treatment Stations. (See
Table 1) Provide one if projected number of KT Treatment Stations is seven or
greater. Provide an additional 60 NSF per projected KT Treatment Station
greater than seven. Provide an additional 200 NSF if a formalized rehabilitation
treatment program addressing the needs of special emphasis groups and / or
other specially designated programs is in the Concept of Operations. If less than
seven provide KT Basic Clinic: Treatment Area (PTTC1).
3. KT: Exercise Area (XXYYZ) ..................................................... 65 NSF 6.0 NSM)
Provide one per Kinesiotherapy Treatment Clinic. Provide an additional area per
every whole increment of three KT Treatment Stations greater than three.
4. KT: Psychiatric Exercise Clinic (PTEA1)........................... 500 NSF (46.5 NSM)
Minimum NSF. Divide the projected number of annual KT Psychiatric Treatment
Station clinic stops by 2,130 to calculate the number of projected KT Psychiatric
Treatment Stations. (See Table 1). Provide one if projected number of KT
Psychiatric Treatment Stations is seven or greater. Provide an additional 55 NSF
per projected KT Psychiatric Treatment Station greater than seven. If less than
seven provide KT Basic Clinic: Treatment Area (PTTC1).

KT: Storage, Equipment (SRE01) ......................................... 70 NSF (6.6 NSM)
Minimum NSF. Provide one if number of projected KT Treatment Stations and KT
Psychiatric Treatment Stations is seven or greater. Provide an additional 10 NSF
per projected KT Treatment Station and KT Psychiatric Treatment Station greater
than seven. If less than seven provide KT Basic Clinic: Storage (SRS01).

6. KT: Special Treatment Room (XXYYC).............................. 120 NSF (11.2 NSM)
Provide one per Kinesiotherapy Treatment Clinic. Provide an additional room per
every whole increment of three KT Treatment Stations greater than three.
The KT Special Treatment Room provides a private, controlled environment for
therapeutic treatment.
7. KT: Office, Administration (OFD03)..................................... 100 NSF (9.3 NSM)
Minimum NSF. Provide an additional 100 NSF if the number of Kinesiotherapy
FTE positions authorized is between three and six. Provide an additional 180
