L. Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Center
Space allocated for the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Center is determined on an
individual project basis and only if in authorized Concept of Operations.
M. Work Evaluation Program (WEP)
1. WEP: Sub-Waiting (WRC01)................................................... 40 NSF ( 3.7 NSM)
Minimum NSF. Divide the projected number of annual WEP Treatment Station
clinic stops by TBD to calculate the number of projected WEP Treatment Stations.
(See Table 1). Provide an additional 40 NSF per each increment of two projected
WEP Treatment Stations greater than two.
Provide two seats per projected WEP Treatment Station; allocate one at 15 NSF
and one at 25 NSF.
2. WEP: Treatment Clinic (PTTC1) ........................................ 300 NSF (27.9 NSM)
Minimum NSF. Divide the projected number of annual WEP Treatment Station
clinic stops by TBD to calculate the number of projected WEP Treatment Stations.
(See Table 1). Provide one if projected number of WEP Treatment Stations is
greater six. Provide an additional 50 NSF per projected WEP Treatment Station
greater than seven . Maximum 500 NSF. Provide WEP Basic Clinic if WEP
Treatment Stations is six or less.
3. WEP: Storage, Equipment (SRE01) ....................................... 50 NSF (4.7 NSM)
Provide one per Work Evaluation Program and if in Concept of Operations.
4. WEP: Office, Case Manager (OFD03) ................................ 120 NSF (11.2 NSM)
Provide one per Work Evaluation Program and if in Concept of Operations.
5. WEP: Office, Supervisor (OFD03)...................................... 120 NSF (11.2 NSM)
Provide one per Work Evaluation Program and if in Concept of Operations.

N. Therapeutic Pool
1. Pool (PTWT1) .................................................................. 4000 NSF (371.6 NSM)
Provide one if the projected number of Therapeutic Pool patient hours / day is
between 48 and 175. Provide an additional 560 NSF if the projected number of
Therapeutic Pool patient hours / day is greater than 175. Provide 2,745 NSF if an
SCI program is authorized in Concept of Operations and the projected number of
Therapeutic Pool patient hours / day is less than 48.
2. Dressing, Showers, and Toilets-Male (TLTU1) ................. 360 NSF (33.5 NSM)
Provide one if the projected number of Therapeutic Pool patient hours / day is
between 48 and 175. Provide an additional 352 NSF if the projected number of
Therapeutic Pool patient hours / day is greater than 175. Provide 238 NSF if an
