Provide one per SCI OT Separate and if the number SCI beds authorized is
greater than sixty.
22. SCI OT Separate:

Minimum NSF and if the number of SCI beds authorized is less than thirty.
Provide an additional 60 NSF if the number of SCI beds authorized is between
thirty-one and sixty. Provide an additional 360 NSF if the number of SCI beds
authorized is between sixty and one hundred. Provide an additional 624 NSF if
the number of SCI beds is greater than one hundred.
23. SCI OT Separate:
Storage, Equipment (SRE01) ............................................... 100 NSF (9.3 NSM)
Minimum NSF and if the number of SCI beds authorized is less than thirty.
Provide an additional 20 NSF if the number of SCI beds authorized is between
thirty-one and sixty. Provide an additional 40 NSF if the number of SCI beds
authorized is between sixty and one hundred. Provide an additional 60 NSF if the
number of SCI beds is greater than one hundred.

Minimum NSF and if the number of SCI Occupational Therapist FTE positions
authorized is two or less and the number of SCI beds authorized is greater than
sixty. Provide an additional 100 NSF if the number of SCI Occupational Therapist
FTE positions authorized is greater than three.
