Conceal piping and ducts in other spaces unless
impractical.
Locate vertical runs in pipe spaces, pipe spaces, pipe
chases, furred in spaces.
Do not locate pipes and ducts where they will be
subject to damage or rupture.
D. COORDINATION: Coordinate and make provisions
for all necessary stairs, cat walks, platforms, steps
over roof mounted piping and ducts, etc., that will be
required for access, operation and maintenance.
Access to roofs by portable ladder is not acceptable.
