Submission. It differs from the DD2 Submission only
in the level of detail required. Provide a complete
quantity survey estimate. No lump sums will be
permitted without explanation. (Note: Lump sums
shown on Attachment E, CODING AND UNIT
MEASURE CHARTS, are permitted due to summation
of dissimilar items).
