6.7 The proposal from each respondent IH/CIH Consultant shall be brief and
concise and address the minimum qualifications criteria separately from the
ranking criteria.
Each criteria shall be addressed distinctly and compliance
shall be backed up with proofs and references that can be easily and
conveniently checked and verified. Omission of any item or incomplete back-up
materials will be construed as non-compliance.
