additional 10 NSF per each patient bed projected for the Intensive Care Nursing Unit
type greater than eight..
The room is for the storage of equipment required for patient care on an "as needed"
basis.

Provide one for each Intensive Care Nursing Unit type and if in Concept of
Operations.
9. Crash Cart Alcove (RCA01) ...................................................... 20 NSF (1.9 NSM)

This room is used for information technology equipment provided by the VA and
outside vendors.

accommodated in the building net to gross conversion factor.
