REFERENCE TO GENDER
Whenever the masculine gender is used in the contract, it shall be considered to include both
masculine and feminine gender.

COORDINATION WITH STATION
Before starting any work on the VA station, the A/E shall consult with the Station Director and
secure his permission to start the work. The A/E shall perform the work within the parameters
established by the Station Director. He shall not interfere with the normal functioning of the
station.

RELEASE OF INFORMATION
The A/E shall not divulge or release any information, oral or written, developed or obtained in
connection with performance of this contract or any possible construction based on the results
thereof (including, but not limited to, reports, plans, specifications, location, time, estimated cost of
construction or estimated VE savings) or except to authorized Government personnel or upon prior
written approval of the Contracting Officer.

KEY PERSONNEL
The A/E shall employ the following professional personnel to perform the services
required
under this contract. Such listing below shall also provide the individual's specific job title. No
substitution will be made without the advanced written approval of the Contracting Officer after he
has reviewed the proposed replacement's experience and qualifications record submitted by the A/E
with explanation of the necessity for the change.
