Function:
This space is intended to provide a cafeteria-like serving line that patients pass through to select their
food. The patients' selections are then placed on a tray (by staff) and carried to their table. Food is
prepared in bulk and brought here from the main Dietetics department. Virtually all equipment is portable.
Intended for the service of 60 or less patients.
