Primary Care and Multi-clinic Medical Service and Surgery Service modules
accommodating the following clinics: General Medicine, Primary Care,
Allergy/Immune, Cardiology, Endo/Metab, Diabetes, Hematology, Hypertension,
Infectious Disease, Pacemaker, Pulmonary/Chest, Renal/Nephrology,
Rheumatology/Arthritis, Coumadin, Geriatric, Persian golf Counsel. Dermatology,
Gastroenterology, Oncology, Neurology, Nutrition, General Surgery, Cardiac, ENT,
Hand, Neuro, Plastic, Thoracic, Vascular, Orthopedics, Urology, Amputation,
Women's' Health/GYN, Podiatry, and Compensation and Pension. (C&P)
Exam Rooms
a. ETM: Multi-purpose Exam Room (EXRG3)................... 120 NSF (11.2 NSM)
Provide one per 1,730 Admit/Screen, Primary Care, Medicine, Oncology,
Preventive, Geriatric and Gastroenterology Clinic Stops. Provide one per 1000
Compensation and Pension visits. Provide one per 3,000 Surgery, Orthopedic
and Urology clinic stops.
b. ETM: Special Purpose
Dermatology Exam Room (EXRG3) .............................. 120 NSF (11.2 NSM)
Provide one per 1,760 Dermatology Clinic-stops.
c. ETM: Special Purpose
Podiatry Exam Room (EXP01) ...................................... 120 NSF (11.2 NSM)
Provide one per 3,000 Podiatry clinic-stops.

For 16 or fewer exam rooms provide one module; 17 32 exam rooms provide
two modules; 33 - 48 exam rooms provide three modules; 49 - 64 exam rooms
provide four modules; 65 80 exam rooms provide five modules; 81 over
exam rooms provide one module for each whole increment of 16 exam rooms.
e. ETM: Waiting Area (WRC01) ............................................. 60 NSF (5.6 NSM)
Minimum NSF; For one exam room. Provide an additional 55 NSF per each
Multipurpose Exam and Special Purpose Exam Room (within the Examination /
Treatment Module) greater than one. Allocates 25 NSF for one accessible seat
and 30 NSF for two general waiting standard seats.

Provide one male and one female at 50 NSF each.
