positions permanently assigned to the Clinic are authorized and the projected
number of annual Emergency/Admit clinic stops seen in UC is greater than
3,000.
Includes crash cart and locked cabinet for medications.
c. UC: Office, Head Nurse (OFA01) ................................... 120 NSF (11.2 NSM)
If in Concept of Operations. Provide one if FT medical care staff (physician,
physician extender or nurse) positions permanently assigned to the Clinic are
authorized and the projected number of annual Emergency/Admit clinic stops
seen in UC is greater than 3,000.
d. UC: Office, Physician (OFA01) ...................................... 120 NSF (11.2 NSM)
Provide one if FT medical care staff (physician, physician extender or nurse)
positions permanently assigned to the Clinic are authorized and the projected
number of annual Emergency/Admit clinic stops seen in UC is greater than
3,000.
e. Observation Treatment Area:
(1) UC: Infectious Isolation Room (BRIT1)................... 120 NSF (12.1 NSM)
Provide one if FT medical care staff (physician, physician extender or nurse)
positions permanently assigned to the Clinic are authorized and the projected
number of annual Emergency/Admit clinic stops seen in UC is greater than
3,000.
This room must be designed to meet TB isolation requirements.
(2) UC: Monitored Beds (BRUN1) ................................... 100 NSF (9.3 NSM)
Provide three minimum if FT medical care staff (physician, physician extender or
nurse) positions permanently assigned to the Clinic are authorized and the
projected number of annual Emergency/Admit clinic stops seen in UC is greater
than 3,000. Exclusive of infectious isolation beds, total number of monitored beds
required equals number of UC stops divided by 1,280. Maximum of six
monitored beds.

UC: Storage, Wheelchair and Stretcher (SRLW1).......... 100 NSF (9.3 NSM)

positions permanently assigned to the Clinic are authorized and the projected
