1. MAS: Reception / Module Control Unit (RECP1) ............... 150 NSF (13.9 NSM)
Minimum NSF. for 10 or less Multipurpose and Special Purpose Exam Rooms.
ACAP Level S: for 11 - 20 Exam rooms, provide an additional 50 NSF. ACAP Level
M or Level L: for 11- 14 Multipurpose and Special Purpose Exam Rooms, provide an
additional 50 NSF; for 15-20 Exam Rooms provide an additional 100 NSF.
Accommodates clinic clerks who are responsible for clerical services of the module.
2. Waiting (WRC01)...................................................................... 60 NSF (5.6 NSM)
Minimum NSF. For one exam room Provide an additional 55 NSF per each
Multipurpose Exam and Special Purpose Exam Room (within the Examination /
Treatment Module) greater than one. Allocates 25 NSF for one accessible seat and
30 NSF for two standard seats.
3. Toilet, Public / Patient, Male (TLTM1) ..................................... 50 NSF (4.7 NSM)
Minimum NSF. Provide an additional 100 NSF if calculated number of Exam Rooms
is between 11 and 14. Provide an additional 150 NSF if calculates number of Exam
Rooms is between 15 and 20.
4. Toilet, Public / Patient, Female (TLTF1) ................................. 50 NSF (4.7 NSM)
Minimum NSF. Provide an additional 100 NSF if calculated number of Exam Rooms
is between 15 and 20.
5. Consultation Room (OFA01) ................................................. 100 NSF (9.3 NSM)
Provide one room per Examination Treatment Module.
6. Blood Draw (LBVP1)............................................................ 120 NSF (11.2 NSM)
Minimum NSF. Provide one per Ambulatory Care Clinic. Provide an additional 60
NSF per each whole increment of ten Multipurpose and Special Purpose Exam
Rooms greater than twenty.
7. Toilet, Specimen Patient (TLTU1) ........................................... 50 NSF (4.7 NSM)
Provide one per Blood Draw Area.
8. Exam Room, Multipurpose (EXRG3) .................................. 120 NSF (11.2 NSM)
Divide the annual projected workload by its corresponding exam room determination
factor; provide one exam room for each whole increment (See Table 3)
