PART VII ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS
The design, construction, and alteration of facilities shall comply with local codes and ordinances, and the
requirements contained in the ADA Standards for Accessible Design (28 CFR Part 36). In addition, all VA
facilities must comply with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) and VA Program Guide
PG-18-13, "Barrier Free Design Guide" which are part of this Solicitation by reference. Provide offer that
complies with the stricter of these standards for each requirement.
