(Exhibit B, Schedule B-1). Refer to Paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3;
Plans, design concept, mechanical and electrical systems, and energy efficiency of the proposed
building as described in Paragraphs 3.17, 3.18, 3.19, and 3.20 of the Solicitation;
