(a) A licensed structural engineer with experience in seismic rehabilitation to sign and seal
construction documents.
(b) An independent plan review of construction documents to ensure compliance with
H-18-8.
(c) Qualified staff with experience in seismic rehabilitation to oversee construction of these
projects.
