A. Reception Areas

Minimum NSF. For up to two Audiometric Exam Suite / Exam Booth. Provide an
additional 55 NSF per each projected Audiometric Exam Suite/Exam Booth
greater than two.
100 NSF provides for three standard seats, one wheelchair accessible seat and
waiting space for one stretcher or two motorized scooters.
55 NSF additional allocates 25 NSF for one accessible seat and 30 NSF for two
standard seats per exam/treatment room over one.
2. Receptionist /
Control Clerk (XXXXX)............................................................. 80 NSF (7.4 NSM)
Minimum NSF, for up to two projected Audiometric Exam Suite/Exam Booth.
Provide an additional 10 NSF for each projected Audiometric Exam Suite / Exam
Booth greater than two. Maximum 150 NSF.
3. Toilet, Public (XXXXX) ............................................................ 50 NSF (4.7 NSM)
Provide one per waiting area.
