COMMENTS
During demolition and construction, hazardous waste including paint, solvents, residues
in exhaust systems, asbestos-containing material, etc.; and during construction and
operation, bulk solid waste, tree stumps, excess building material, fill, hospital
operational waste, etc., shall be disposed of in a manner consistent with federal, state,
and local regulations and shall be removed from the medical center property.
