authorized. Maximum four offices.

Provide one per FTE Service Organizations Representative positions authorized.
3. Office, Secretary (SEC01)........................................................ 80 NSF (7.4 NSM)
Provide one per FTE Service Organizations Secretary positions authorized.
4. Storage (SRS01) ...................................................................... 40 NSF (3.7 NSM)
Provide one per Service Organizations.
5. Waiting Area (WRC01) ............................................................. 60 NSF (5.6 NSM)
Minimum NSF. Provide an additional 110 NSF if number of offices is grater than two.

Provide Basic Service when the OPC has an ambulatory (minor) surgery suite and
SPD at the parent VAMC performs all decontamination and sterilization.

2. Expanded SPD Service
Provide Expnded SPD Service when clinic has an ambulatory or minor surgery suite
and performs all decontamination and sterilization on site.
