Minimum NSF; for up to 50,000 projected total annual Outpatient Visits. For
Outpatient Visits greater than 50,000 provide an additional 210 NSF.
2. Staff Lunch / Break Room (SL001) ..................................... 240 NSF (22.3 NSM)
Minimum NS; for less than 100 total FTE clinic positions (all categories). For 100 or
more FTE clinic positions provide an additional 240 NSF.
3. Canteen (FSCD1) ........................................................................................... TBD
Provide justification on a project basis if clinic will be in a remote location from
commercial food establishments. When justified, space for Canteen will be
determined on an individual project basis.
