SPACE CRITERIA
A. Reception Areas
1. Waiting Area (XXXXX) .............................................................100 NSF (9.3 NSM)
Minimum NSF. Provide for up to three projected Exam/Treatment Rooms.
Provide an additional 55 NSF per each whole increment of two projected
Exam / Treatment Rooms greater than three.
100 NSF provides for three standard seats, one wheelchair accessible seat
and waiting space for one stretcher.
55nsf addl. allocates 25 NSF for one accessible seat and 30 NSF for two
standard seats.
2. Reception (XXXXX)....................................................................80 NSF (7.5 NSM)
Minimum NSF. Provide an additional 10 NSF for each whole increment of
two projected Exam / Treatment Rooms greater than three.
3. Public Toilet (XXXXX)...............................................................50 NSF (4.7 NSM)
Provide one for male and one for female.
